· All subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a subscription fee is paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Non-Cancellability
· Subscriptions are non-cancellable. Members cannot cancel their subscription during the active period of their membership.
Subscription Extensions
· No days will be extended for monthly memberships.
· For quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly memberships, members are eligible for the following extension periods:
o Quarterly Membership: 1 Month extension
o Half-Yearly Membership: 2 Months extension
o Yearly Membership: 3 Months extension
Extension Period Commencement:
· The extension period will commence on the date specified by the member. This period must be continuous without any breaks.
