Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day. In case of high order volumes, processing may take an additional 1-2 days. Customers will be notified via email of any significant delays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the shipping date, not the order date. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and the selected shipping method. Charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is made. We occasionally offer promotional free shipping; such offers will be clearly indicated on our website.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to local laws and regulations. Customers will be notified if any such restrictions apply to their orders.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds and returns are only applicable for physical products. Digital products or services do not qualify for refunds or returns.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@sanchayshastra.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once approved, securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
